Privacy Policy

  1. Introduction.
    • (a) Website Owner. “DPWagner, LLC” (“DPW”) is the owner of this website (“DPW website”). DPW can be contacted by mail at 4795 Innovative Way, Suite 100, Powder Springs GA 30127, by phone at 866-379-2467, or by email at customerservices@dpwagner.com. This online privacy policy discloses DPW information practices for this DPW website, including what type of personal identifiable information is requested in order to make an inquiry about the DPW website or the services DPW offers, how the information is used, and with whom the information is shared. DPW only uses DPW website. DPW is owned by Traverse Group, which has other websites for different businesses, and these other websites may be governed by privacy policies containing different information practices applicable to those sites.
    • (b) Website Visits. In general, you can visit the DPW website without disclosing any personal information. DPW does collect certain information from DPW website visitors. This includes, but is not limited to, the home server domain name, type of computer and web browser, what pages visitors accessed, and limited information about search requests. This information is used to calculate overall usage trends and statistics. DPW discards the gathered data after performing the analysis.
    • (c) Website Transactions. At times, DPW may collect personal information from customers or prospective customers. For example, when visitors submit a contact form, DPW may require certain details such as name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and other related information voluntarily provided. It is DPW’s intent to inform you before DPW collects personal information, such as user’s name and/or phone number on the Internet. If you do not wish to have your information used for further contact, please refrain from submitting a contact form. If you have already submitted a form but later decide to withdraw your consent for further communication, you may notify DPW, and your request will be honored.
    • (d) Third-Party Certification. DPW website is a member of Let’s Encrypt, an independent, nonprofit organization that promotes privacy policies of disclosure and informed consent.
  2. Personal Information That May Be Collected.
    • (a) Identifying Information. To submit a contact form, DPW will request a user to provide certain personal identifying information, which may include name, postal address, email address, telephone number, and facsimile number. DPW may request additional information necessary to establish and maintain customer’s account.
    • (b) Service Quality Monitoring. Some website transactions may require DPW to contact the customer by telephone. DPW will only initiate a call after receiving a contact form, which serves as the customer’s consent to be contacted. DPW will not call without prior consent. Customers and Potential Customers should be aware that it is DPW’s practice to monitor, and in some cases record such calls for staff training or quality assurance purposes. If any decisions regarding further business transactions are made during a call, an invoice may be issued at a later time. Please note that our website does not collect or store any payment information. All payments are processed internally and managed by the Company’s staff accountant. Payments from customers are handled via various methods including ACH (Automated Clearing House), credit card, or check, and the staff accountant oversees all transactions directly. Payment details provided for transactions are securely processed and managed in accordance with our privacy policy.
    • (c) Information from Children. DPW does not intentionally collect information from or engage in transactions with children under the age of 18. DPW does not sell products or services to children and will not knowingly collect or post any personal information from individuals under the age of 18 without the involvement of a parent or guardian. By submitting a contact form or using the website, you acknowledge and certify you are 18 years of age or older. If DPW becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 18, the company will promptly notify the child’s parent or guardian using the contact information provided. DPW does not use personally identifying information collected from any individuals under the age of 18 for marketing or promotional purposes, nor does it disclose such information to any third party for any reason. However, if DPW does not have notice of the individual’s age, DPW disclaims any liability for such inadvertent collection and use of personal information.
    • (d) Links to Other Websites. A DPW website may contain links to other websites. DPW is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those other websites.
  3. Uses Made of the Information.
    • (a) Limited Uses Identified. Without the customer’s prior consent, DPW will not use your personal identifiable information for any purpose other than that for which it is submitted. DPW uses personal identifiable information to reply to inquiries, handle complaints, provide operational notices and in program recordkeeping. DPW also processes billing and business requests related to DPW website participation.
    • (b) Marketing Uses. DPW reserves the right to provide customers with information about DPW website, DPW products and services, and related information in which customer has indicated an interest, if the customer opts-in to receive such information.
    • (c) Stored Information Uses. DPW stores the information provided by customer or the information entered on the DPW website. This information is used by DPW and/or its agents to support customer interaction with the DPW website; to deliver customer purchases; and/or to contact customers again about other DPW services and products.
  4. Disclosure of the Information.
    • (a) Within Corporate Organization. DPW may share your personal information within the DPW corporate organization and may transfer the information to different locations where DPW conducts business. Some of these locations may provide less legal protection for customer personal information. However, in such places DPW will still handle customer personal information in the manner described herein.
    • (b) Mergers and Acquisitions. Circumstances may arise where for business reasons, DPW decides to sell, buy, merge, or otherwise reorganize its businesses in the United States or some other country. Such a transaction may involve the disclosure of personal identifying information to prospective or actual purchasers, and/or receiving such information from sellers. It is DPW’s practice to seek appropriate protection for personal information in these types of transactions.
    • (c) Agents. DPW employs or engages other companies and individuals to perform business functions on behalf of DPW. These parties are provided with personal identifying information necessary to perform their functions but are contractually prohibited from using the information for any other purposes. These individuals and entities engage in a variety of functions, including but not limited to fulfilling orders, delivering packages, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments, and providing customer services.
    • (d) Marketing Analysis by Third Parties. DPW reserves the right to disclose to third parties’ personal information about customers for marketing analysis; however, any information disclosed will be in the form of aggregate data that does not describe or identify an individual customer.
    • (e) Disclosure to Governmental Authorities. Under certain circumstances, personal information may be subject to disclosure under judicial or other government subpoenas, warrants or orders.
  5. Use of Computer Tracking Technologies.
    • (a) No Tracking of Personal Information. DPW website is not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information not entered by visitors. Through website access logs DPW does collect clickstream data and HTTP protocol elements, which generate certain kinds of non-identifying site usage data, such as the number of hits and visits to our sites. This information is used for internal purposes by technical support staff for research and development, user analysis and business decision making, all of which provide better services to the public. The statistics garnered, which contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information, may also be provided to third parties.
    • (b) Use of Cookies. DPW, or its third-party vendors, collects non-identifiable and personal information through the use of various technologies, including “cookies.” A cookie is an alphanumeric identifier that a website can transfer to customers’ hard drive through customer’s browser. The cookie is then stored on customers’ computer as an anonymous tag that identifies the customer’s computer, but not the customer. Cookies may be sent by DPW or its third-party vendors, such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manger. These tools use cookies to collect data about how customers interact with DPW website, such as pages viewed, time spent on pages, and sources of traffic. This information helps us analyze website performance and improve user experience.
    • Customers have the option to set their browser to notify them before a cookie is received, providing an opportunity to decide whether to accept the cookie. Customers may also set their browser to turn off cookies; however, doing so may result in some features of the website not functioning properly. Additionally, customers can disable Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on available from Google.     • (c) Use of Web Beacon Technologies. DPW may also use Web beacon or other technologies to better tailor its website to provide better customer service. If these technologies are in use, when a visitor accesses these pages of the website, a non-identifiable notice of that visit is generated which may be processed by DPW or by its suppliers. Web beacons usually work in conjunction with cookies. If customer does not want cookie information to be associated with customer’s visits to these pages, customer can set its browser to turn off cookies; however, Web beacon and other technologies will still detect visits to these pages, but the notices they generate cannot be associated with other non-identifiable cookie information and are disregarded.
    • (d) Collection of Non-Identifiable Information. DPW may collect non-identifiable information from user visits to DPW website in order to provide better customer service. Examples of such collecting include: traffic analysis, such as tracking of the domains from which users visit or tracking numbers of visitors; measuring visitor activity on DPW website; website and system administration; user analysis; and business decision making. Such information is sometimes known as “clickstream data.” DPW or its contractors may use this data to analyze trends and statistics.
    • (e) Collection of Personal Information. DPW collects personal identifying information from customers through contact forms. DPW may extract some personally identifying information provided in the contact forms in a non-identifiable format and combine it with other non-identifiable information, such as clickstream data. This information is used and analyzed only at an aggregate level (not at an individual level) to help DPW understand trends and patterns.
  6. Information Security.
    • (a) Commitment to Online Security. DPW employs physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard the security and integrity of personal information. Personal information is accessible only by staff designated to handle online requests or complaints. All DPW agents and contractors with access to personal information on the DPW website are also bound to adhere to DPW security standards.
    • (b) No Liability for Acts of Third Parties. DPW will exercise all reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of customer personal information. However, transmissions protected by industry standard security technology and implemented by human beings cannot be made absolutely secure. Consequently, DPW shall not be liable for unauthorized disclosure of personal information due to no fault of DPW including, but not limited to, errors in transmission and unauthorized acts of DPW staff and/or third parties.
  7. Privacy Policy Changes and Opt-Out Rights.
    • (a) Changes to Privacy Policy. This privacy notice was last updated on 01/31/2025. DPW reserves the right to change or update its privacy policy statement at any time.
    • (b) Opt-Out Right. Customer or prospective customer has the right at any time to cease permitting personal information to be collected, used, or disclosed by DPW and/or by any third parties with whom DPW has shared and/or transferred such personal information. Right of cancellation may be exercised by contacting DPW via email at customerservices@dpwagner.com with the subject line “Opt-Out Right Request” or telephone at 866-379-2467. After processing the cancellation, DPW will delete customer or prospective customer’s personal information from its database.
  8. Access Rights to Data.
    • (a) Information Maintained by DPW. Upon customer’s request, DPW will provide a reasonable description of customer’s personally identifiable information that DPW maintains in its data bank.     • (b) Corrections and Changes to Personal Information. Help DPW to keep customer personal information accurate. If customer’s personal information changes, or if a customer notes an error upon review of customer information that DPW has on file, please promptly email DPW at customerservices@dpwagner.com and provide the new or correct information.
    • (c) Your California Privacy Rights. Beginning on January 1, 2005, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits customers of DPW who California residents are to request certain information regarding DPW’s disclosure of personal information for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please write to customerservices@dpwagner.com. Within 30 days of receiving such a request, DPW will provide a list of the categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for third-party direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, along with the names and addresses of these third parties. This request may be made no more than once per calendar year. DPW reserves its right not to respond to requests submitted other than to the address specified in this paragraph.
    • California’s privacy laws require a company to provide notice to California users of their rights to receive information on to which entities their information was shared for marketing purposes.
  9. Accountability.
    • (a) Questions, Problems and Complaints. If you have a question about this policy statement, or a complaint about DPW compliance with this privacy policy, you may contact DPW by email at customerservices@dpwagner.com.
    • (b) Terms of Use. If the customer chooses, the customer’s action is hereby deemed acceptance of DPW practices described in this policy statement.
